[483] Venerable ladies, the one hundred and sixty-six rules entailing expiation (pācittiya) have been recited.
Concerning them I ask the venerable ladies: are you pure in this matter? A second time I ask: are you pure in this matter? A third time I ask: are you pure in this matter?
The venerable ladies are pure in this matter; therefore they are silent. Thus do I hold it.
The Pācittiyas are concluded.⁴
