[190] There is no offence (anāpatti): if some discerning woman is present as her companion (viññū dutiyā); if, not seeking privacy (arahopekkhā), she stands together or converses; if, her attention directed elsewhere (aññāvihitā), she stands together or converses; if she is insane; if she is the first offender (ādikammikā). _______________ The Third Training Rule of the Andhakāra Chapter
