[196] There is no offense: if some intelligent woman is present as a second [companion]; if she stands together or converses not intent upon privacy, or with her attention directed elsewhere; if, not desiring to engage in misconduct (anācāra), she sends away her companion bhikkhunī when there is something that must be done; if she is insane; if she is the first offender (ādikammikā). ________ The Fifth Training Rule of the Andhakāra Chapter
