Naggavaggasikkhābada

[238] There is no offence: if she [the owner] herself gives it; or if, having asked her leave, she wears it or puts it on; for one whose robe has been snatched away; for one whose robe has been lost; in emergencies; if she is insane; if she is the first offender (ādikammikā). ________ The sixth training rule of the Nagga Chapter (Naggavagga).
