[240] **Whatever (yā pana):** means whoever, of whatever sort … **Bhikkhunī:** … this is the bhikkhunī intended in this sense here.
**Group (gaṇa):** what is called the Saṅgha of bhikkhunīs.
**Robe-cloth (cīvara):** any one of the six kinds of robe-cloth, at minimum one qualifying for assignment (vikappana).
**Should make an obstacle:** she creates an obstruction, [thinking,] "By what means could they give this robe-cloth?" — she commits an offense of pācittiya.
If she creates an obstruction to another requisite, she commits an offense of dukkaṭa.
If she creates an obstruction to the robe-cloth or another requisite of several bhikkhunīs, or of a single bhikkhunī, or of one not fully ordained, she commits an offense of dukkaṭa.
