[275] There is no offense (anāpatti): if she expels, or causes to be expelled, a shameless one (alajjinī), or removes, or causes to be removed, her requisites (parikkhāra); if she expels, or causes to be expelled, one who is insane (ummattikā), or removes, or causes to be removed, her requisites; one who is a maker of strife ... a maker of quarrels ... a maker of disputes ... a maker of contentious talk ... one who creates legal issues (adhikaraṇa) in the Saṅgha — if she expels her, or causes her to be expelled, or removes, or causes to be removed, her requisites; if she expels, or causes to be expelled, a pupil (antevāsinī) or a co-resident (saddhivihārinī) who is not conducting herself properly, or removes, or causes to be removed, her requisites; if she is insane; if she is the first offender (ādikammikā).
