Sattarasakaṇḍa

[34] There is no offense (anāpatti): if she goes while being dragged along by people; if she requests protection; if she informs without specifying [a particular person]; if she is insane (ummattikā); if she is the first offender (ādikammikā). The Second Saṅghādisesa [is concluded].
