[345] There is no offence (anāpatti): if she has not been invited; if she has not refused further food (appavāritā); if she drinks conjey (yāgu); if she eats after asking leave of the owners; if, when there is a reason, she consumes what may be consumed within a watch of the night (yāmakālika), what may be consumed within seven days (sattāhakālika), or what may be consumed for as long as life lasts (yāvajīvika); if she is mad; if she is the first offender (ādikammikā).
