[51] There is no offense: if she reinstates (her) after informing the Saṅgha that performed the (formal) act; if she reinstates (her) after learning the consent of the group; if she reinstates one who is conducting herself properly in her duties; if she reinstates (her) when the Saṅgha that performed the act no longer exists; if she is insane; if she is the first offender.
