[123] (Puṇṇaka," said the Blessed One,) "Whatever seers, humans, khattiyas (khattiyā), and brahmins (brāhmaṇā), many here in this world, have performed sacrifice to the deities — hoping, Puṇṇaka, for this state of existence, dependent on aging, they performed sacrifice."
