[124] **Whatever seers and humans there are here** (ye keci me isayo manujā).
**Whatever … here** (ye keci me): all taken in their entirety, all in every way, without remainder, without residue — "ye keci me" is an expression of total inclusion.
**Seers** (isayo): those bearing the name of seers (isi), whoever have gone forth into the seers' going forth (isipabbajjā) — Ājīvakas, Nigaṇṭhas, matted-hair ascetics (jaṭila), and hermits (tāpasa). **Humans** (manujā): human beings are so called. Hence, "whatever seers and humans there are here."
**Puṇṇaka**: the Blessed One addresses that brahmin by name. **The Blessed One** (Bhagavā): this is a designation of reverence … a designation based on realization (sacchikā paññatti), namely "Bhagavā." Hence, "Puṇṇaka," said the Blessed One.
