Mettagūmāṇavakapañhāniddesa

[166] "I shall proclaim to you the Dhamma, Mettagū," (said the Blessed One,) "a Dhamma pertaining to this very life, not based on hearsay (anītiha), having understood which, one who lives mindful (sato) may cross over the clinging craving (visattikā) in the world."
