Todeyyamāṇavakapañhāniddesa

Suttapiṭaka · Khuddakanikāya · Cūḷaniddesa · Vol. 30 · Section 355

[355] **No further liberation is there for him**: there is no other liberation (vimokkha) for him, by which liberation he might be liberated. What is there for him still to be done by means of liberation? Therefore, "no further liberation is there for him." Hence the Blessed One said: In whom sensual pleasures do not dwell (Todeyya, said the Blessed One), in whom craving (taṇhā) is not found, and who has crossed over doubt (kathaṃkathā) — for him there is no further liberation.
