Todeyyamāṇavakapañhāniddesa

[356] "Is he without longing (nirāsaso), or is he one who still longs? Does he possess wisdom, or is he one who forms constructs (kappa) by means of wisdom? That I might know him as a sage (muni), O Sakka, explain that to me, O All-seeing One (samantacakkhu)."
