[363] **He is endowed with knowledge, yet he does not construct through wisdom (paññāṇavā so na ca paññakappī):** *He is endowed with knowledge (paññāṇavā so)*: he is a wise man (paṇḍita), possessed of wisdom (paññā), intelligent, endowed with knowledge (ñāṇa), discerning, sagacious. *Yet he does not construct through wisdom (na ca paññakappī)*: by means of the knowledge of the eight attainments (samāpatti), or by the knowledge of the five superknowledges (abhiññā), or by wrong knowledge (micchāñāṇa), he does not construct, does not generate, does not produce, does not bring into being, does not bring forth a construct of craving (taṇhā) or a construct of views (diṭṭhi). Therefore: "He is endowed with knowledge, yet he does not construct through wisdom."
