[371] "And do you declare to me the island (tvañca me dīpamakkhāhi)": "You (tvaṃ)"—thus he addresses the Blessed One. "Declare the island (dīpamakkhāhi)": declare, point out, teach, make known, establish, disclose, analyze, elucidate, and proclaim the island (dīpa), the shelter (tāṇa), the cave of safety (leṇa), the refuge (saraṇa), the destination and final resort (gatiparāyana). Hence, "and do you declare to me the island."
