[388] "Having heard, O hero, of one who does not desire sensual pleasures (so said the venerable Jatukaṇṇī), who has passed beyond the flood, I have come, desiring to question the one free from sensual desire. Declare the state of peace, O one whose eye [of knowledge] arose together [with awakening]; Blessed One, declare that to me as it really is."
