Jatukaṇṇīmāṇavakapañhāniddesa

Suttapiṭaka · Khuddakanikāya · Cūḷaniddesa · Vol. 30 · Section 396

[396] **To me who am of little wisdom (parittapaññassa me), O one of wisdom broad as the earth (bhūripañño)**: I am of little wisdom, of inferior wisdom, of low wisdom; you, however, are of great wisdom, of wide wisdom, of joyous wisdom, of swift wisdom, of sharp wisdom, of penetrative wisdom. "Bhūri" is a designation for the earth (pathavī). You are endowed with that wisdom equal to the earth, vast and extensive. Therefore: "To me who am of little wisdom, O one of wisdom broad as the earth."
