[60] **By what does it not shine forth? (kenassu nappakāsati):** by what does the world (loka) not shine forth, not shine, not glow, not radiate, is it not discerned (na saññāyati), is it not evident (na paññāyati)? Hence: "By what does it not shine forth?"
