[619] He who taught me the Dhamma (dhamma) — to be seen for oneself, not delayed by time, [Footnote: ¹ Burmese ed. (M.): "nāhaṃ". ² Burmese ed. (M.): the word "na" is absent.] the destruction of craving (taṇhā), free from adversity — for which there is no simile anywhere.
