[720] **Talk with speech, or clinging (vācābhilāpo abhisajjanā vā)** — "talk with speech" refers to the thirty-two kinds of animal talk (tiracchānakathā), namely: talk of kings, talk of thieves, … talk of existence thus and otherwise — thus. **Clinging (abhisajjanā)**: there are two kinds of clinging — clinging through craving (taṇhā) and clinging through views (diṭṭhi) … this is clinging through craving … this is clinging through views.
