[800] **Aspiring to the destruction of craving, heedful** — herein, **craving (taṇhā)** means: craving for forms, craving for sounds, craving for odors, craving for tastes, craving for tangibles, craving for dhammas.
**Aspiring to the destruction of craving**: desiring, aspiring to, [1] yearning for the destruction of lust (rāga), the destruction of hatred, the destruction of delusion, the destruction of destination (gati), the destruction of rebirth (upapatti), the destruction of re-linking (paṭisandhi), the destruction of existence (bhava), the destruction of saṃsāra, the destruction of the round (vaṭṭa) — thus, "aspiring to the destruction of craving."
**Heedful (appamatta)**: that Paccekasambuddha acts with care, acts with constancy … heedful with regard to wholesome dhammas — thus, "aspiring to the destruction of craving, heedful."
