[146] At the moment of the path of Arahantship (arahattamagga), [there is] right view (sammādiṭṭhi) in the sense of seeing … right concentration (sammāsamādhi) in the sense of non-distraction. It emerges from greed for fine-material existence (rūparāga), greed for immaterial existence (arūparāga), conceit (māna), restlessness (uddhacca), ignorance (avijjā), the latent tendency (anusaya) to conceit, the latent tendency to lust for existence, and the latent tendency to ignorance; it emerges from the defilements (kilesa) that follow along with those, and from the aggregates (khandha); and externally it emerges from all signs (nimitta). Therefore it is said: wisdom in emergence and turning away from both is knowledge (ñāṇa) of the path (magga).
