Feeling (vedanā), perception (saññā), volitional formations (saṅkhārā), consciousness (viññāṇa), the eye (cakkhu) … it makes manifest aging and death (jarāmaraṇa) as impermanent; it makes manifest aging and death as suffering; it makes manifest aging and death as not-self.
