[258] How is wisdom in the state of mastery over the three faculties (indriya) in sixty-four aspects the knowledge (ñāṇa) of the destruction of the taints (āsava)?
Of which three faculties? Of the 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty (anaññātaññassāmītindriya), of the perfect-knowledge faculty (aññindriya), and of the perfect-knower faculty (aññātāvindriya).

The 'I shall come to know the unknown' faculty goes to one station: the path of stream-entry (sotāpattimagga). The perfect-knowledge faculty goes to six stations: the fruition of stream-entry (sotāpattiphala), the path of once-returning (sakadāgāmimagga), the fruition of once-returning (sakadāgāmiphala), the path of non-returning (anāgāmimagga), the fruition of non-returning (anāgāmiphala), and the path of Arahantship (arahattamagga). The perfect-knower faculty goes to one station: the fruition of Arahantship (arahattaphala).
