[349] Through which forty-four modes is there adherence (abhinivesa) by way of the view following the future (aparantānudiṭṭhi)?
Sixteen doctrines of the percipient (saññivāda — that the self is percipient after death), eight doctrines of the non-percipient (asaññivāda — that the self is non-percipient after death), eight doctrines of the neither-percipient-nor-non-percipient (nevasaññināsaññivāda), seven annihilationist doctrines (ucchedavāda), and five doctrines of Nibbāna here and now (diṭṭhadhammanibbānavāda). Through these forty-four modes there is adherence by way of the view following the future.
