[62] For one who strives for the sake of obtaining insight into dhammas that is higher wisdom (adhipaññādhammavipassanā), insight into dhammas that is higher wisdom is obtained; thus that dhamma is both fully understood (pariññāta) and investigated (tīrita). For one who strives for the sake of obtaining knowledge and vision of things as they really are (yathābhūtañāṇadassana), knowledge and vision of things as they really are is obtained; thus that dhamma is both fully understood and investigated. For one who strives for the sake of obtaining the contemplation of danger (ādīnavānupassanā), the contemplation of danger is obtained; thus that dhamma is both fully understood and investigated. For one who strives for the sake of obtaining the contemplation of reflection (paṭisaṅkhānupassanā), the contemplation of reflection is obtained; thus that dhamma is both fully understood and investigated. For one who strives for the sake of obtaining the contemplation of turning away (vivaṭṭanānupassanā), the contemplation of turning away is obtained; thus that dhamma is both fully understood and investigated.
