[310] I saw a disciple of the sage (muni) Atthadassī;
as he was carrying out building work (navakamma), I approached him at the boundary (sīmā).
And when the building work was finished, I gave the plastering (anulepa),
with a confident mind (citta), glad at heart, toward the unsurpassed field of merit (puññakkhetta).
Whatever deed I did then, eighteen hundred aeons ago,
I know of no bad destination (duggati): this is the fruit of the plastering.
The four analytic insights (paṭisambhidā), and also these eight liberations (vimokkha),
the six superknowledges (abhiññā) have been realized; the Buddha's teaching has been done.
Thus indeed the Venerable Elder Anulepadāyaka spoke these verses.
