[246] What on that occasion is wieldiness of mind (citta-kammaññatā)? That which on that occasion is the wieldiness (kammaññatā), the state of being wieldy (kammaññatta), the condition of being wieldy (kammaññabhāva) of the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha) — this on that occasion is the wieldiness of mind.
