[64] Which, on that occasion, is proficiency of mind (cittapāguññatā)? That which on that occasion is the proficiency, the proficientness, the state of proficiency of the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha) — this, on that occasion, is proficiency of mind.
