[579] Which form is the water element (āpodhātu)? That which is water, the watery, viscidity, the viscid, the cohesion of form — this form is the water element. Which form is not the water element? The eye sense base (cakkhāyatana) … edible food (kabaḷiṅkāra āhāra) — this form is not the water element.
