[703] Which phenomena (dhammā) are visible (sanidassana)?
The form base (rūpāyatana) — these phenomena are visible.
Which phenomena are invisible (anidassana)?
The eye base (cakkhāyatana) … the tangible base (phoṭṭhabbāyatana); the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) … the consciousness aggregate (viññāṇakkhandha); and that form which is invisible, non-impinging, included in the mental-object base (dhammāyatana); and the unconditioned element (asaṅkhatā dhātu) — these phenomena are invisible.
