[741] Which phenomena (dhammā) are not ties (nogantha)?
Setting aside those phenomena, the remaining wholesome, unwholesome, and indeterminate (abyākata) phenomena—pertaining to the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), pertaining to the form sphere (rūpāvacara), pertaining to the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), or unincluded (apariyāpanna)—namely: the aggregate of feeling (vedanākkhandha) … the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha); and all form (rūpa), and the unconditioned element (asaṅkhatā dhātu)—these phenomena are not ties.
