[791] Which phenomena (dhammā) are defilements (kilesā)? The ten bases of defilement (kilesa-vatthu): greed (lobha), hatred (dosa), delusion (moha), conceit (māna), view (diṭṭhi), doubt (vicikicchā), dullness (thīna), restlessness (uddhacca), lack of moral shame (ahirika), lack of moral dread (anottappa).
