[846] Therein, what is the view of existence (bhavadiṭṭhi)? "The self and the world will be" — any view (diṭṭhi) of such a kind, a resort to views (diṭṭhigata) … a distorted grasp (vipariyesaggāha): this is called the view of existence. Therein, what is the view of non-existence (vibhavadiṭṭhi)? "The self and the world will not be" — any view of such a kind, a resort to views … a distorted grasp: this is called the view of non-existence.
