[866] Therein, what is the power of reflection (paṭisaṅkhāna-bala)?
That which is wisdom (paññā), understanding, … non-delusion, investigation of dhammas, right view — this is called the power of reflection.
Therein, what is the power of development (bhāvanā-bala)?
That which is the cultivation, development, and making much of wholesome phenomena (dhammā) — this is called the power of development. The seven factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga), too, are the power of development.
