Nikkhepakaṇḍa

[865] Therein, what is mindfulness (sati)? That which is mindfulness, recollection (anussati), recall (paṭissati), mindfulness, the act of remembering (saraṇatā), bearing in mind (dhāraṇatā), non-floating (apilāpanatā), non-forgetfulness (asammusanatā), mindfulness, the faculty of mindfulness (satindriya), the power of mindfulness (satibala), right mindfulness (sammāsati) — this is called mindfulness. Therein, what is clear comprehension (sampajañña)? That which is wisdom (paññā), understanding (pajānanā), … non-delusion (amoha), investigation of dhammas (dhammavicaya), right view (sammādiṭṭhi) — this is called clear comprehension.
