[897] Setting aside form not bound up with the faculties (anindriyabaddha-rūpa) and Nibbāna, all phenomena (dhammā) may be internal (ajjhatta), may be external (bahiddhā), may be both internal and external (ajjhatta-bahiddhā). Form not bound up with the faculties and Nibbāna are external.
