[158] Therein, which is the noble truth of the origin of suffering (dukkhasamudaya ariyasacca)? It is this craving (taṇhā) that leads to renewed existence, is accompanied by delight and lust, and delights now here, now there; that is: craving for sensual pleasures (kāmataṇhā), craving for existence (bhavataṇhā), and craving for non-existence (vibhavataṇhā).
