[435] "Contemplating" (anupassī): Herein, what is contemplation (anupassanā)? That which is wisdom (paññā), understanding, … non-delusion (amoha), investigation of dhammas (dhammavicaya), right view (sammādiṭṭhi) — this is called contemplation. With this contemplation he is endowed, fully endowed; he has arrived at it, fully arrived at it; he has attained it, fully attained it; he is possessed of it. Therefore it is said, "contemplating."
