[626] "With a mind free from covetousness (vigatābhijjhena cetasā)": Herein, what is the mind (citta)? That which is mind, intellect (mano), mentality (mānasa) … the corresponding mind-consciousness element (tajjā manoviññāṇadhātu) — this is called mind. This mind is free from covetousness. Therefore it is said: "with a mind free from covetousness."
