[630] "With a mind without ill will" (abyāpannacitto): Herein, what is mind (citta)? That which is mind, mentality (mano), mentation (mānasa) … the corresponding mind-consciousness element (manoviññāṇadhātu) — this is called mind. This mind is without ill will. Therefore it is said: "with a mind without ill will."
