[646] "Without perplexity regarding wholesome phenomena (akathaṅkathī kusalesu dhammesu)": with this doubt (vicikicchā) one does not waver, does not doubt regarding wholesome phenomena; one is without perplexity (akathaṅkathī), free from perplexity (nikkathaṅkatha), rid of perplexity (vigatakathaṅkatha). Therefore it is said: "without perplexity regarding wholesome phenomena."
