[707] "The sphere of neither-perception-nor-non-perception (nevasaññānāsaññāyatana)": the phenomena (dhammā) of mind (citta) and mental factors (cetasika) of one who has attained the sphere of neither-perception-nor-non-perception, or of one who has been reborn [therein], or of one who dwells in happiness in the present life (diṭṭhadhammasukhavihārī).
