The wisdom (paññā), the act of understanding, … non-delusion (amoha), investigation of dhammas (dhammavicaya), right view (sammādiṭṭhi), that arises with reference to the noble path (ariyamagga): this is called wisdom that has the path as its object. Wisdom in the four paths (magga) is wisdom that has the path as its root (maggahetukā paññā).
