[101] External (bahiddhā) phenomena (dhammā), setting aside the unconditioned (asaṅkhata) from the aggregates (khandha), are included (saṅgahitā) by five aggregates, by twelve sense bases (āyatana), and by eighteen elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? They are not unincluded by any aggregates, by any sense bases, or by any elements.
