[108] Phenomena (dhammā) that are not roots (na hetū dhammā), phenomena without roots (ahetukā dhammā), phenomena dissociated from roots (hetu-vippayuttā dhammā), and phenomena that are not roots and are without roots (na hetū ahetukā dhammā) — setting aside the unconditioned (asaṅkhata) from the aggregates (khandha) — are included by five aggregates, by twelve sense bases (āyatana), and by eighteen elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? They are not unincluded by any aggregates, by any sense bases, or by any elements.
