[128] Phenomena that are misapprehended (parāmaṭṭhā dhammā), phenomena that are misapprehended and yet are not misapprehensions (parāmaṭṭhā ceva no ca parāmāsā dhammā), and phenomena that are dissociated from misapprehension yet misapprehended (parāmāsavippayuttā parāmaṭṭhā dhammā) are included by five aggregates (khandha), by twelve sense bases (āyatana), and by eighteen elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? They are not unincluded by any aggregates, by any sense bases, or by any elements.
