[146] Phenomena that are not derived (no upādā dhammā) — excepting the unconditioned (asaṅkhata) from the aggregates (khandha) — are included by five aggregates, three sense bases (āyatana), and nine elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? There are no aggregates by which they are not included; they are not included by nine sense bases and nine elements.
