[214] Those phenomena (dhammā) which, with the phenomena that are taints (āsava), with the phenomena that are both taints and subject to taints (sāsava), and with the phenomena that are both taints and associated with taints (āsavasampayutta), are not included by way of inclusion in the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), are not included by way of inclusion in the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), and are not included by way of inclusion in the elements (dhātusaṅgaha); and those phenomena which [are not included] with those phenomena — those phenomena are not included in two aggregates, in eleven sense bases, and in seventeen elements.
